The $750 comes back off the next step
- The full $750 is credited against Design or against any Build tier.
- It can be combined with the $20,000 Design credit on the same Build.
- It expires 90 days after your plan is delivered.
- It is tied to the company that bought it — not transferable, no cash value.
- If the scoping fee is refunded, the credit goes with it.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund the $750 in full. The standard is your judgment, not ours — you do not have to prove a defect or argue a case.
