What we collect
Analytics. From your first page view, Google Analytics records the pages you view, an approximate location (city or country derived from your IP address — never a precise position), your device and browser, and how you arrived (referrer and campaign links). The site also records which page sections and links you use: the button or link you press and the section it sits in, how far you scroll, and which question you open. That measurement never reads what you type into a form. It uses cookies and similar storage in your browser until you opt out.
Session recording. Microsoft Clarity records how you move through a page: mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, with the text on the page masked. It starts on your first page view, alongside Google Analytics, and stops when you opt out.
What you submit. Our forms and tools — the contact form, the readiness scan's report unlock, partnership applications, and referral submissions — collect your name, work email, and whatever details you type into them. We use those only to reply to you, provide the report you asked for, and follow up about the work.
Service providers
Cloudflare serves this site, and Amazon Web Services hosts intake data and sends email. Google Calendar supports booking; Stripe processes payments. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure use of public pages until you opt out.
What we do not collect
Public browsing needs no account, and engagement details sit behind private links. Marketing analytics exclude engagement and sign-in pages. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, and we do not buy profiles about you. The readiness scan gives you a score without an email; you share one only if you want the full report.
Your choices
Analytics and session recording run until you opt out. To opt out, choose Decline on the analytics bar, or add ?notrack=1 to any URL; either stops both on this device, now and on later visits. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control do not opt you out of measurement; Global Privacy Control does stop advertising use of it. Allow only closes the bar. Clearing this site’s data clears the opt-out too. Want the details you submitted removed? Email contact@mllabs.com and we will delete them.
Security notifications
If an incident affects your data, we notify you without undue delay and within 72 hours of becoming aware, with what is known and the steps being taken.
